The grocery store chain Costco has been criticized for the use of plastic bags and the storage bins it sells at the grocery store.
A recent survey by the Better Business Bureau found that the grocery giant had over 1.6 million complaints.
The BBB also found that many customers were unhappy with the way they were treated.
One complaint was about a man who claimed the plastic bags on his shirt and pants were too small.
“He’s been using a plastic bag for about five months,” a customer told the BBB.
Another customer told BBB: “When I first started coming here I noticed the way that you keep your stuff in there and how small they are.
It just seems like they are making it more difficult for people to shop.”
The BBb also found Costco had been accused of making a “misleading” marketing campaign that the company claimed would help customers avoid the bags.
