The Canadian government is facing a recall of thousands of hats because of a lack of storage in their boxes.
CBC News has learned that the country’s hat collection program, which is supposed to be up to date, is still at least three years behind.
In a news release, the government said it is “aware of several issues” affecting the hat storage system and is working with the manufacturer to address those issues.
The system includes a “secure” envelope and a “smart lock” system that will keep hat bags from opening until they’re opened.
The locks are meant to prevent hat bags accidentally falling into the trash.
However, CBC News learned the program is also struggling to store and transport the hats.
The Globe and Mail is also hearing from consumers that their hat bags have not arrived in Canada since the program launched in 2015.
It is the latest in a string of delays for the program.
The program began in 2019 with a goal to keep Canada’s population under 1 million people.
The government now has a goal of 1.2 million.
The hat storage and hat transport programs are supposed to keep hats and other items in their original boxes, which can last for months.
The hats are supposed also to be kept from getting lost.
CBC reported last year that the system was “running at or near capacity” and that “at least a million” hats were stored in Canada.
A government spokesperson said that was an estimate based on the program’s first year of operation, but it would be “too early” to say if the problem has persisted since.
“We are working to address the problem,” the spokesperson said.
“There are also hat bags that are sitting in our retail stores and we are unable to retrieve them because they are being stored in the boxes and not the bags.” “
The spokesperson also said that some hat bags may not have been collected by the manufacturer and that the government was working with hat manufacturers to address any issues that may be causing the hat collection problem. “

The problem started last summer, when the program was still running.
CBC reports that the program has been operating since October 2015, when it began collecting hats from hat manufacturers.
The ministry said it was in the process of tracking hat production in the U.S. and the U.”s hat factories, but that information has not been released to the public.
The spokesperson said hat manufacturers were not informed that their hats would not be sent out.
In response to CBC News’ request for information, the department said that hat manufacturers are required to provide the information.
The department said it would provide the company with a list of hat manufacturers that are participating in the program as well as details of the hat production process and the shipping methods used.
In the meantime, the Department of the Environment is continuing to work closely with HatShare Canada to implement this critical program that will improve the supply chain, save lives and increase economic security in Canada,” the ministry said in a statement.
